About Me....
For 20 years I served in several corporate careers until I felt the leading of the Lord to move beyond my place of comfort. Without knowing where God was leading me, I trusted Him for guidance and direction until ultimately, I found myself volunteering at a local non-profit organization where I begin to commit my time and service volunteering to help the homeless. Within a very short period of time it became clear that I should return to school to fulfill a new mission and purpose in life. After a few years of intense training to receive my Master’s in Social Work degree from NC State University my love and passion for helping others only grew. I recall experiencing firsthand the hardships, struggles, pain, heartache, and disappointment that accompanied so many lives that had been downtrodden through life’s unfortunate circumstances.
Over the years, I have personally grown in my understanding of the severity of mental illness and its effect on people of various background, cultures, and stages in life. I am passionate about empowering people to overcome their challenges in order to obtain the abundant life that our Lord Jesus Christ died to provide. My expertise is working with anxiety, depression, relational problems, and spiritual related concerns.

I am an active member in my church where I have resided for more than 20 years.
