I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield North Carolina (*Blue Home & Blue Local are out of network plans), United Healthcare, UMR, Cigna, MedCost. For in network client's you are responsible for paying your co-pay or deductible before the insurance companies will reimburse for services.

I will submit claims for you. It is your responsibility to check your benefits to understand what your financial portion will be based on your plan and network. It is also your responsibility to determine if pre-authorization or a referral is required before we begin working together.

For all other insurance carriers, I am considered out-of-network. If you are out of network, you are considered a self paying client which means you will pay at the currently charged rates as requested by the provider.

Self pay clients without insurance or out of network cost:

The initial session is $150 for 1 hour (Self Pay). Subsequent sessions are $120 for 60 minutes and $85 for 30 minutes without health insurance. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).  

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. I do charge my full session rate for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. I keep a credit card on file for this purpose.
